About the event
The Art of Wine welcomes you to the Saturday Palette— a lively, two‑hour celebration of creativity, chaos and Hunter Valley character. This evening brings together a curated selection of boutique wines, each poured for its expressive style, story and sense of place. To complement the experience, you’ll enjoy a menu of small bites crafted entirely from NSW produce, thoughtfully paired to the wines poured, rounding off a genuine local taste for the palate.
Take part in our community mural to leave your mark on our celebration of Hunter produce and be present for the unveiling of the finished artwork.
Expect a relaxed, art‑driven atmosphere where tasting becomes playful, social and full of discovery. Whether you’re winding down from the week or stepping into the weekend, this is a night of flavour, conversation and connection — the true Art of Wine.
